A simple model with no hidden Rowomat surcharge: business accounts and kiosk tickets carry no Rowomat fee, while an online reservation always shows the exact amount and currency before payment.

Fees without hidden charges
We separate free in-branch use from the paid online reservation and from the separate service supplied by the selected branch.
Business account and core use
No monthly subscriptionOpening a business account and using Rowomat's core features carry no monthly subscription.
Kiosk and in-branch ticket
No feeA queue ticket taken in the branch or at a Rowomat kiosk carries no Rowomat fee.
Online place reservation
Exact amount before paymentThe selected branch's public page shows the current market currency and final amount before opening checkout.
Registration availability by country
The registration page shows the current enabled, waitlist or unavailable status from each country's published settings. The pricing catalogue does not activate a country by itself. Online payment is available only for an activated branch; its public page shows the current currency and final amount before payment.
Which price applies
For a specific purchase, the branch, currency and total shown immediately before payment always apply.
The selected branch determines the tariff
The selected branch country determines the market. A platform tariff for the organisation or a branch-specific tariff determines the amount; the customer's location does not select the commercial tariff.
No customer-based price personalisation
We do not select a tariff using IP address, browser language, nationality, card country or the customer's current location.
Final confirmation before payment
The public branch page and checkout show the exact amount and currency before redirecting to Stripe. That display is the sole authority for the specific purchase.
What the paid online fee covers
- the immediate, one-time reservation of a place in the live digital queue
- issuance and display of a digital queue ticket for the selected branch and service
Operational status at no extra charge
Queue status and necessary operational notifications may be available at no additional Rowomat charge where enabled by the branch. They are not a separately paid service or promotional messages.
The branch service is not included
The Rowomat fee does not include a haircut, consultation, treatment or any other branch service. The selected organisation or branch separately sets the price, terms and responsibility for its service.
No Rowomat card surcharge
Rowomat does not add a separate card or Stripe fee to the displayed total.
Your bank may charge separately
Your bank, card issuer or card network may separately charge for currency conversion or apply its own fee. That is not a Rowomat fee and is outside Rowomat's control.
Verify a specific price
To verify a specific amount, open the selected branch's public page. For a payment question, send the branch, date, amount and currency — never card details.
